Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) Vitamin B6 plays an important role in sexual well-being and is essential to good hormone balance and the production of testosterone and ejaculatory fluid. Low levels of vitamin B6 can cause low libido, low energy, and impotence.

Food sources include avocados, apples, bananas, watermelon, beans (in particular garbanzo, lentil, navy, lima, and soybeans), asparagus, cabbage, carrots, kale, potatoes, fish, nuts, sunflower seeds, and nutritional yeast.

Recommended dosage: 50 to 300 mg daily. Take for 5 days, then rest for 2 days, and repeat, over a period of 4 to 6 weeks.
